Everything you need to know about Tina's coaching approach, the Flow Coach program, and what working together looks like.
About Coaching
Empowerment coaching is a forward-focused practice that helps you identify where you are, where you want to be, and what's standing in the way — then gives you real tools to close that gap. Unlike traditional therapy which often looks backward, coaching focuses on designing your future and taking inspired action to get there.
Tina's approach goes deeper still, integrating holistic healing modalities — inner child work, subconscious reprogramming, breathwork, sound frequencies — to address not just the surface behaviors, but the root causes that drive them.
Counseling and therapy are invaluable for processing trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional healing — they are clinically trained practices that look at what happened and why. Empowerment coaching, on the other hand, focuses on strategizing, designing, and implementing goals and being proactive about your future.
Tina's coaching integrates elements of both — honoring the healing process while simultaneously building a clear, actionable path forward. Many clients find it the bridge between having done deep therapeutic work and not yet knowing how to move forward from it.
Therapy is typically past-focused — healing wounds, diagnosing conditions, processing trauma. It is a clinical practice requiring licensure. Coaching is present-and-future-focused — where are you now, where do you want to go, and how do we get you there?
Tina's work complements therapy beautifully. If you are currently in therapy, coaching can run alongside it. If you've done therapeutic work, coaching helps you take those insights and turn them into a transformed life.
The Flow Coach Program
Tina works with you one-on-one to understand your current situation — the burning issues at hand, where you are feeling stuck, and where you would like to be. From there, she draws up a critical path that gets you from where you are to where you want to go.
Sessions may incorporate any combination of her modalities: flow coaching, inner child work, breathwork, sound healing, reframing, or subconscious reprogramming — depending entirely on what your situation calls for. No two sessions look exactly the same.
Most of our behaviors, reactions, and self-limiting beliefs are driven by the subconscious mind — the programming we absorbed before the age of seven and throughout formative experiences. Subconscious reprogramming involves identifying these hidden narratives and methodically replacing them with empowering new beliefs.
Tina uses a range of evidence-supported techniques: reframing, inner child healing, visualization, sound frequencies, and breathwork — all of which access deeper levels of the mind than traditional talk-based methods. The changes feel subtle at first, then suddenly undeniable.
The Flow Coach 1:1 Program addresses transformation across nine life pillars: Mental, Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Relationships, Career, Purpose, Financial, and Social.
Not every client needs deep work in all nine — Tina tailors the focus to what matters most in your situation. But the goal is always full-life alignment: when all dimensions are addressed, the transformation is exponentially more powerful and lasting.
The Process
Clients can expect to establish ambitious goals and achieve them faster than they anticipated — often surprising themselves with what becomes possible once the internal obstacles are removed. The results span every area of life: clarity, confidence, healthier relationships, better boundaries, career alignment, and a felt sense of freedom.
The most consistent result Tina's clients report is a shift from chronic stress, people-pleasing, and unfulfillment — to a genuine flow state where life feels lighter, choices feel clearer, and the right people and opportunities begin to show up naturally.
Tina has lived what she teaches. As a cancer survivor, single parent, HSP with ADD and PTSD, and someone who spent years in chronic stress and unfulfilling patterns — she has done the deep, messy work herself. She didn't learn this in a classroom — she healed her way through it.
She also brings a rare combination of 7.5+ years of professional coaching experience, a holistic multi-modality approach, deep intuition, and a genuine passion for making a real difference — not just giving advice, but transforming lives at the root.
Is This Right for You?
Tina works best with ambitious, open-minded people who want to gain clarity, direction, and boost confidence — and who are genuinely prepared to take inspired action. Her clients are typically people who know something needs to change but haven't been able to crack it on their own.
They are often HSPs, empaths, high achievers who feel stuck, people healing from trauma or toxic relationships, or individuals standing at a crossroads in life. What they have in common is a real desire to do the deep work — not a surface-level quick fix.
If you've read this far and something in you is stirring — if you recognize yourself in Tina's story or feel called by the work she describes — that's worth paying attention to. You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
The best way to know is simply to start a conversation. Tina is warm, non-judgmental, and genuinely invested in making sure the fit is right for both of you. There's no pressure — just an honest conversation about where you are and what's possible.
